We had an older Saris bike carrier that needed some small rubber parts replaced and e mailed Saris and they stated they do not have the support parts any more but will replace it with a current model. Thank you Saris for your outstanding customer service which is beyond expectations.

I had the same experience with the plastic straps for my old Bones rack that were redesigned. They sent me all new ones at no charge.

Contact Bell (Gyro) if you need helmet replacement pads as well, they will provide them at no cost.

FWIW, when things of any type wear out I've been contacting the manufacturer and getting good responses. All you have to do is ask reasonably.

Hi all, I had the same great service from Saris. I bought a used kayak rack, and found that it had frozen/rusted bolts in the saddle mounts. I called Saris wanting to buy replacement parts, and they offered to sen me the parts for free...... What a company.....
