Just down the road from Flagstaff. We stayed there one night while headed to Grand Canyon. Pretty typical. Some seasonal/permanent type setups. Fifty amp on most sites as I recall. Sites were OK but not huge. We stayed in a newly opened section that had young trees planted. Bt this date, I 'm sure they must have grown to some actual shade.
The thing that impressed me most was the lady who ran the place said they did not put up with loud music and such. I believe there was some sort of little restaurant/diner on the property.

Nope, no shade, but more and more park models. Convenient to I-17 is about it.

Stayed there around Easter around 20 years ago. It was fine then. Convenient to all the Flagstaff area sightseeing, We did have a problem with ice forming in the water and sewer hoses overnight.

We boondocked nearby and stopped in to dump...their website quoted the price wrong...and the office wanted $20 to dump. No thanks. Quite a few park models.

We used to stay there. Now they have expanded into park model haven. Good maybe for overnight, maybe 2, not a destination. Although further from Flag, Distant Drums in Campe Verde is very nice - we stop there frequently.

Stayed there last week of Sept or Oct 2007. Last wk park was open for the season. Nice park. Nothing special. Sites a little small. Mostly park models that were closed up for season. Plenty to do in Flagstaff and area.

Don't expect to see the tree filled setting that they have in the literature. Trees must be long gone.
