I actually spoke to a human being, and one that spoke perfect English in under 3 minutes. I just emailed her photo's of my tires, along with the Vin number of my trailer, and the DOT numbers from the tires. She told me that if she received the email today, they would send me four brand new tires shipped to my house. Because my Trailer is purchased a little over 1 year I have to pay for mounting and balancing.
I will keep you informed of how it goes.
There are two different ones used on Starcraft that had problems...this is from the dealer. the tires are:
Greenball Towmaster
Powerking Towmax
Good luck.

Pretty much exactly what I had to do except I sent the pics to the dealer who played middle man. Cost me $32 to have them mounted on the rims and dispose of the old. Due to the distance involved to the dealer I didn't bring along the trailer, just the tires. How about posting the 800 # for the manufacturer for anyone else that may encounter the cheesy tires.

I just returned today from an awesome time at Old Mill Stream Campgrounds next to Dutch Wonderland and had an awesome time. Great place, no problems with my tires except more cracks after the 450 mile trip. And a pleasant surprise was in front of my door when I got home.
4 brand new Tires from Power King, and they are the radials that I asked for when I emailed them. It was 6 days from the time of my phone call to time of delivery. Excellent customer service in my opinion.
Good luck to anyone else that has these bad batch of tires.
I just had 4 of the Towmax tires replaced free of charge, even including mounting! Initially the phone support didn't seem to want to deal with me, and indicated that only wanted to talk to my local Tireman dealer. Once I got them involved, tires were replaced. Great experience!
