Did you try the toll free and local number as well?
Having had prior experience with same, after Labor Day it does get a bit harder to get in touch during the week. However, it is the weekend and of course someone is right there. When I called on Wednesday afternoon my call was picked up immediately.
Chris got his site so it cannot be a real issue. Maybe the message left was not picked up or did not go through. I would try again. I had an e-mail that did not get responded to in a timely manner and sent another with the date of the previous one for emphasis.

I dunno, I booked mine this afternoon and I've gotten the confirmation e-mail already (although they booked me for a particular site, the confirmation doesn't show it).

I think it is just timing and who you speak to if in fact you get a live body.
When I added my days last Wednesday my e-mail confirmation was sent within minutes.

Well after much confusion.......we did get our reservation straightend out and confirmed. Looks like Nick and Max will be neighbors for the weekend. I believe we are in site 255.

I called left a message and no one called me back...
I made a reservation on the internet and got no confirmation....
I called today "INA" told me she had no reservation....
However I knew the charge was already on my credit card so....
finally she found the reservation under Scotts name!
What happend was, when I did the internet reservation I told them I wanted to be in the area of Scott Bachman...however I guess the entire reservation got put under Scott(sorry Scott)
ANYWAY.....with all the confusion she told me my site number--she does have everyones site numbers because she was reading the names to me. Joanne I know she has it-because she told me--however I forgot your site #, so if you call she will give it to you I am sure.
Phew! What confusion!
