WE will return Tuesday as the funeral for Jane's Brother in law is Monday. She will have to learn very quickly about living and riding in a motorhome!! Hannah, Koko and BenBen all started their lives with us in the motorhome. We have a crate that we hope she fits into. Plan on putting her in it at night, but good plans do not always guarantee the outcome!!!! I will let you all know on Tuesday or Wednesday.

The bad part about getting a puppy of this age, is you miss some of the puppy antics. And the good part about getting a puppy this age, is you miss much of the puppy antics!

congrats on your new addition!!!!

I just lost my first Lab, Toby, on 5/30 and had a new pup by 6/2! I can't do without the wag. Labs are lovers, and I missed him incredibly.

The Lab is home and into EVERYTHING. She is Nimloths Wind in the Willows called Willow. She is Hannah's great granddaughter. You may not know, but Hannah was a part of our family for almost 7 years after retiring from the kennel. She was Koko's mother. Therefore, we are still having that family in our pack. She looks a lot like Hannah with her milk chocolate heavy coat and her big otter tail. She will go to the vet this afternoon and be weighed. She has been introduced to RVing in a big way as she stayed in the motorhome and then it moved on Monday from Salina to KC and then yesterday drove from KC to Nashville. She has done well under the circumstance. I will post a picture when I have time to do so, but she requires supervision constantly!

That's great Barb, I'm happy for you...it's just not possible to be too long without a Lab, we know that.
Have fun with her.

Barb, all the BEST to you and your new pup! Give her a hug for me!

Nimloth in the name? Somebody must be a LOTR Fan!

I just called dance at a party with a litter of 6 Lab puppies. When we left, DH checked my dance bag, purse, notes box and all my pockets to make sure I hadn't smuggled one out. They are SOOOO much fun!
