I have spent some time searching and can't find what I need. For my location the elevation for the dish is approximately 41 degrees. Is it true that the signal from the satellite is approximately 20 degrees above this? How many compass degrees apart are 110 & 119? Later! Frank

From what I understand, if you hit 110 West, you are also pointed at 119 West (but I could be wrong, see my post right above yours with a dilemma I had last weekend).

Take a look at this.

Dishpointer.com

41 degrees is the approximate elevation of the 110 and 119 satellites above the horizon where you're located.
And looking at that web site, it looks like 119 will be about 14 degrees to the west of 119.
I don't know about Dish, but my Directv dish looks like its pointed about 20 to 22 degrees lower than the satellite's actual location.
