Instead of trying to pour water into the outside fill hole for the fresh water tank, has anyone attempted to add a fill hole on the top of the tank? Maybe something that can screw in and out?

Thanks in advance.

You don't "pour" the water in. I use a HOSE.

I'm talking about putting in more water from jugs and such while camping after the fresh water has run out.

Get yourself a large funnel, stick it in the fill hole and pour the jug water in.
Make sure the opening is about 3/4" or bigger!
Good Luck & Drive Safe!

I carry 100ft of hose, I can usually reach a spiggot. If that is not possible use the funnel.

When I camp during deer season, I would need a half mile hose to get to the nearest spiggot.

How about a hose that slips over the spiggot on the juggs?

I have a plastic 55gal drum that I have installed a valve with a long hose on it. I can strap it down on my tool box, fill from the top bung, then when I get to the camper I just install the hose and open the valve. No more holding a jug while it pours into the tank.

They do make a large bladder than you put on the roof of you tv. Again, drop the hose in the tank and let gravity do the work.
