Just because a dealer says they will sell at $74,998 does not mean that is the price. Make your own offer of what you are willing to pay and see what happens. Their price will come down and if it doesn't there was nothing lost. You just go on looking for the next best deal.

When I bought my Sprinter I made an offer of $6,000 below the already so called discounted price the dealer was asking and got it. I have to believe a lot of RV dealers will be willing to unload inventory at any price right now.

Point well taken. I will use a 20 percent discount from MSRP as my quidepost and make my offers accordingly.

I see you are in California. You probably have already talked to McMahons but if not I see they have 10 210P's between their different lots.
I would bet that you and them could come up with a deal that would work for both of you.

Roadtrek is offering some rebates right now. www.roadtrek.com

$1000 off on a 2008 (with 2008 chassis) 210

the $1000 goes to the dealer, so you have to factor that into your negotiations too.

Great Deals on selected Roadtreks in the U.S.
For U.S. Customers, get "CASH BACK" from Roadtrek:

$2,000 Cash Back on 2008 and 2007 Roadtrek 190 models (on 2007 Chevrolet chassis) with earlier style roof effective to August 31, 2008 *.

$1,500 Cash Back on 2008 Roadtrek RS and SS models (on 2008 and 2007 Sprinter chassis) effective to
August 31, 2008 *.

$1,000 Cash Back on 2008 Roadtrek 170, 190 and 210 models (on 2008 Chevrolet chassis) effective to
August 31, 2008 *.

* Make your best deal and take delivery from a participating dealer by the dates listed above and your Cash Back from Roadtrek will be paid to the dealer so it can be applied to the negotiated price (it will not be paid directly to you). The sooner you visit a dealer, the better your choice of models, colors and options will be. See dealer for details.
