My son has a 2003 Toyota Tacoma (V6) and is not willing to move up to a full sized pick-up. He loves his little truck

Are there any small feather weight self contained toyhaulers that he might consider a match for pulling with his Toyota?

He would be hauling one dirt bike.

Jayco Baja Here, and Fleetwood ScorpionsHere are Pop-Up campers with a platform on the front or back that are ideal for a quad or a couple of dirt bikes, and have all the amenities. Light enough to tow with a light duty truck. Same with the StarCraft TravelStar travelstar expandable hard side trailers and the StarCraft folding RT series .

It would be a lot easier to just get a trailer and haul the bike in the back of the truck.

Here is Carson's website

Here are the specs:

Tongue Length 4’
Overall Length 18’
Tongue Weight (Dry) 450 lbs.
Trailer Weight (Dry) 3,200 lbs.
Gross Weight (Trailer+Load) 7,000 lbs.

If all he's hauling is a dirtbike or two or a lightweight atv and he packs light for the trip and only puts in the minimum amount of water needed to survive, the little truck might tow that Carson trailer. If he loads it up anywhere near the 7K GVWR, the little truck will be protesting all the way. Personally I would load the bike, gas, cooler, bbq, tool box, etc in the truck bed and tow a very small travel trailer, like a TAB or A-Liner or Casita, or small pop-up, etc, instead of a heavier toy hauler.

I pull a Rebel with a Tundra and I would'nt want to go any smaller of truck with it. You haven't explained why he needs a TH with a truck and just one dirtbike.

Lord, grant me the senility to not recognize the people I don't like, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference
