Mimosas. At least two per person and they'll forget there's no food!!

How 'bout a big pot of sausage gravy and biscuits? Simple and good - especially with the mimosas!

You can scramble about 30 eggs in your electric frying pan with whatever you like added to it.
I usually make my sausage or bacon at home.
My mother made hot sweet rolls in her frying pan but because I could not eat them I did not pay any attention to how she did it. Everyone loved them. She said they turned out better than the ones she could bake in her TT oven.
Any campers here who got her directions 15 years ago.

is it friday yet?

Here's an easy breakfast casserole. Don't forget to use the Reynolds crock pot liners for easy clean-up!

Crock Pot Morning Casserole

1 bag (32. Oz.) Frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. Of bacon diced, cooked and drained or 1 lb. or cooked cubed ham
1 medium diced onion
1 green bell pepper diced
1 ½ cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 dozen eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by a layer of bacon (or ham). Then a layer of onions, green peppers and cheese. Repeat the layering process two or three more times ending with a layer of cheese.

Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over the Crock-pot mixture, cover and turn on low. Cook for 10 –12 hours.

Heck you can even make oatmeal in a crock pot!

Another idea is to have a continental breakfast, with maybe some cold breakfast cereals, assorted fruit, yogurt, maybe some bagels and or sweet rolls or breads you bake yourself.

We did pancakes with bacon and sausage and all the trimming, juice, milk, white and chocolate and coffee this past weekend.
The other thing we do is scrambled eggs, meat, grits, and biscuits, again with all the trimmings and drinks.

We camp with another family, she makes the breakfasts, I do dinners.

Anyway she's got one of those big electric griddles - a camp grill with griddles will work too. She makes pancakes, or french toast. You can cook alot at once on the griddle that size. With the french toast we top with assorted pie fillings and syrups. She heats the sausage first (Brown & Serve) or bacon and keeps it worm while making the other. She's also made homemade versions of Egg mcmuffins but that would be difficult for so many.

How about a quiche, premade, and just heat it up near the fire? In a foil pan, you could throw the pan away, no clean up.

We enjoy the pie iron cooking, and my daughter originated a stuffed french toast for them. She uses Texas toast, and spreads the inside with cream cheese and frozen (thawed) strawberries and then dips the sandwich in egg/milk mixture and put into a well greased pie iron and cook over the fire. They are delicious.
