I looked but didn't see where Coach Net covers things that you may tow, trailers and boat trailers

Funny someone mentioned Camping World, as their own RV sales department provides CWCare, which is provided by Coach Net and recommends Coach Net for all their customers. That to me, speaks volumes of their thought on who is the best.

Texan, Camping World has Camping World Road Care which is the same as Good Sam. Ive had both and both answer the phone Good Sam

I'm not saying that they don't have another that their sales dept uses.
I quote from page 90 of the April RV View, official magazine of Camping World; "CWCare is available from Camping World RV Sales dealerships nationwide. Services provided by Coach Net, the largest, most experienced RV roadside insurance company in North America."

here is the Coach Net members benefit handbook and here is the Good Sam members benefits brochure. Lay out the benefits and restrictions of each side by side and then make a choice of which fits your RVing & lifestyle the best. You will notice that GS has many more restrictions and less benefits than Coach net.
As far as joining Coach Net, you do not have to be a member of any club to join, just call their toll free number and they will gladly enroll you. If you are a member of one of the clubs, it will cost less to join.

We are talking about two different things. One is sold by Camping Word and the other is sold I guess by their sales department because if not then your getting ripped off if your paying the Coach Net price when you can get it at the Camping World for 79.95

It's two different things. That is from their sales department. Most if not all the dealerships that are attached to Camping World doesn’t belong to them They are just in partnership with them.

Go to the Camping World website and see if you can find anything about CWcare, you want.

floridacamper, you need to do a little research, as all CW RV sales lots are company owned by The Affinity Group, the owner of CW and GS, among many other companies. there are no partnerships left in the US between CW and CW RV sales, all are company owned.

Good Sam Platinum ERS benefits exceeds Coach net and the initial cost is less than Coach net. Your information on all of Good Sams ERS is a little out dated since they have come out with the Platinum service. The Platinum cost a little more just like the different levels of service that Coach net has.
As stated before Camping World RV Sales is not part of Camping World Stores they are separate companies. The CWcare is a package for new owner that is roadside, warranty and travel assistance combined into one deal. Camping World Road Care is sold by the Camping World Stores.

Tex, your mistaken unless this all happened within the past year because I know for a fact that EmeraldCoast RV owned/owns the dealership here in Tallahassee located at the Camping World store and they also own these as well

I recently renewed at GS. I went to coach nets web site to compare prices and see what I would get with my purchase and couldn't find out any new member prices or info. Only renewal prices. I prefer to do things online instead of talking to some nut I can't understand and the fact that I couldn't find out what I wanted online...I went back to where I could. Good Sam platinum for $130.00 a year. I paid $10.00 less a year for AAA+ a few years back and broke down on the Richmond bridge (water pump disintegrated). The bridge tow truck driver towed us into Port Richmond and dropped us, DW, 2 DD's and one of there friends and myself and the GMC Jimmy, off on the side of a road and stranded us there. After waiting for over 4 hours for a tow arranged by AAA I called GMC road side service that had come with the purchase of the SUV and was towed within 20 minutes to a dealer clear across town rather than the shady looking mechanic a mile down the road where AAA was going to take us. Until I get stuck or mistreated by GS I'll stay with them.

We were away from home on a trip that ended up being longer than planned, and our Good Sam was about to expire.

I tried to renew it on a Friday, about Noon. They said no coverage until sometime Monday or maybe Tuesday, when my credit card cleared.

One phone call later, I was a member of Coachnet. Smooth as silk. Been with ever since. It took a coupla years for Good Sam to stop flooding my mail box.
