Think the only places that you will see restrictions is in resorts that cater to class A's and the like......

John! I really do prefer the term "classic" in regards to our B's. I do believe by next rally you to will have step into the classic category also.

Best guess is that some campgrounds on the up side of the globe just don't want to see "no Beverly Hillbillies-trailer park trash-flower power hippie bus-ain't scrubbed that thing is 20 years-didn't cost at least $250,000-piece of junk" parked next to their shiny, expensive Moto Mc Mansion customers! 
At least our dinosaur, orphan, classic, vintage, antique, and sometimes obsolete rigs are clean, quiet, run well and ARE PAID FOR.
Just my humble, slightly-insulted-by-the-idea opinion.
