I will say this again, if you try to turn a hobby that you enjoy , into a paying , life supporting business, YOU will face obstacles.

Know going in that this is a business, meant to provide income . Period.....

I wish I could just watch tv and stay rested all day, the hours are good, the stress is nothing, BUT the pay sucks.

My wife and I were considering buying a campground about four years ago and we attended this seminar. Although we decided against buying, we found the workshop to be quite informative and eye-opening.

I guess the answer to your question "Any campground owners here?" is NO. If you've been camping for awhile I'm sure you know what most RVers want. I like you would love to do the same thing but I'm just gun shy.. Good luck in your decision.
