Anyone know a campground we can use at Thanksgiving this year in the immediate Detroit area? Private or Public is fine. Our problems is that most CG's close at the end of October........
The only one that I am aware of that is open year round is Algonac State Park, along the St. Clair River. There is only electricity at the site, and the restroom/shower buildings are closed I believe, but pit toilets are available. Click here for more information.
You have Harbortown 734-384-4700 at exit 11 on I-75 in MI and on the north side of Monroe off Telegraph is Camp Lord Willing 734-243-2052. Both are open year round and have full hook ups.
