My family and I are planning a trip to the tetons, yellowstone, & glacier from alabama next year. Does anyone have any advice on things we need to include in our trip, the best route, or campgrounds that they have stayed at in the past. Any advice/suggestions would be useful as we plan this trip.

Welcome to RV.Net Open Roads Forum. You will find that a lot of good people inhabit this web space.

One piece of advice comes quickly to mind. Make sure you have enough time. That is a lot of beautiful country to see.

If you are in to hiking, I can recommend the Highline Trail in Glacier.

when is this trail open. we are planning on traveling mid june to mid july. i have heard it would be best to catch glacier at the end b/c of road closings. do you know when the road to the sun usually opens?
