Hey there folks... hope everyone's having a great camping season!! I have reservations @ Camp Taylor in NJ in 2 weeks. I was wondering if anyone who's been there recently can tell me about the sites being level. Any info would be helpful. I'm debating buying Lynx levelers. Haven't really had the need for anything since most places have been very level. Thanks for the help and happy camping!!!

We have camped there the last 2 years and will be there again in August. We know the place very well. What site # have you requested? Most of the sites are pretty close to level. We have had no problems getting our HTT level and our present TT level last year. Don't worry about bringing alot of water for drinking, it is probably the best water out of all the CG's we have been to on the east coast. Do not use mapquest for directions. It is best to use the directions on the web site. You have to go up a pretty steep grade for a couple of miles. It is a hikers paradise and the owners are great people. There is plenty of wildlife in the area. You are guarenteed to see deer as they have a wildlife pen at the CG, very large fish in the swimming pond and you may see an occasional black bear, WE did. The Lakota Wolf preserve is a must see also. PM me if you have any more questions. You will have a great time.

Don't like the view?? Then change it and Go Camping
