With a tip of the hat to Jeff Foxworthy, I thought Jefe's post in the other boondocking thread was worthy of the start of a whole thread we could all have fun with.

You might be a boondocker if...

Jefe:
...You don't have to chain your generator to the bumper

Mine:
...you have always wondered why the electrical cord has that funny looking connector on the end of it.

My second one:
...you thought the "city water" thing was for blowing in air to winterize the water system.

My third one (somebody stop me!):
...your nearest neighbors have antlers.

keep 'em coming!

If you worry about the truck/camper combo rolling over on the 4x4 more than if you have the cash to pay for the camping spot.

You might be a boondocker if... you use a funnel each time you fill up with water.

You might be a boondocker if... you don't know if you have window shades.

You might be an antisocial boondocker if ...

You don't see or hear another person or vehicle the whole time you are camped and are very contented with the achievement.

You might be a boondocker if you never heard the words "reservations" or "camp fee".

You might be a boondocker if you use the outside shower while in the "buff".

You might be a boondocker if when you hit the sack & turn the lights out you can't see your hand in front of your face.

You might be a boondocker if you use solar to charge your batteries, your electric razor, cell phone & electric toothbrush.

Let's see, I think I am a boondocker if I run my CPAP machine on 12 volts instead of 120 volts...

You might be a boondocker if... the only tracks you see outside your rig in the morning are those of the bears that walked by in the night.

You might be a boondocker if..... you complain to the church minister that any ammount of money is way too much to give for parking next to the church.

You might be a boondocker if you camp like the pro fishermen fish, run and gun. (mainly because you're a tresspassin')
