My 99 Rexhall Rexair (just bought it several months ago) is on a F53 Ford chassis and the rear sway bar bushings (bar is 1 3/8" or 35MM in diameter) are completely chewed up. Have checked with Ford and they will be glad to sell me a new sway bar but not the bushings. Have also checked in several auto parts stores and they cannot find any that size. Also googled it but not much help. Anybody have a source that may have them. Thanks

PS Rexhall told me to call the chassis manufacturer.

Try Roadmaster's web site or Energy Suspensions. Also try just doing a 'Search' on here for Sway or Torsion bar bushings.

Try Rock Auto Parts online for standard Ford Parts, but that sounds larger than standard and may be a Roadmaster sway bar or something. Also try another Ford dealer-I bought new bushings from a Ford dealer in Memphis, although I remember he charged an arm and a leg for them.

J C Whitney used to sell polyurethane bushing kits. Don't know if they still do, but I had a set that were great and cheap. If you have exact sizes they might be able to help.

GoodLuck!

Thanks everyone for your replies-- no luck yet Have contacted several of above companies but no answers yet but continuing with search. Any other ideas/manufacturer names would be appreciated.
