Another congrats! Welcome to the wierd, small, and wonderful world of hybrids. We've had our current HTT for over two years and still adore it!
Gotta second the recommendation to film your walk thru. We had our son video it and I took notes. We felt a bit silly, but it turned out to be invaluable. In any case, welcome. And let us know how the first trip out goes.

It's fun isn't it? We just brought ours home too. We had a beloved PUP as well, but I'm already loving the ease of set up. Packing up is going to be a breeze! I know you can't wait to get out in it because that's just how we're feeling. Happy Camping and Post some Pics after that first trip!

Thanks for such a warm welcome!

I took some pictures yesterday at the lot with my cell phone. They're not great quality pictures, but you can get the idea:

Howdy. We followed the same path....PUP to a HTT. I must say that the cranking up and down was getting to me as well. We thought that we would miss the PUP but after the first trip in the HTT we never looked back. Enjoy your new camper.

Welcome to the hybrid world! I, too, switched from a pop-up and really enjoy not having to do the crank routine. It's great to be able to simply open the door and see what kind of food, items and supplies you'll want for weekend or extended camping.

Congrats on the new toy. We moved up 5 months ago and I do not regret it one bit. We were looking at a travel trailer and I am so glad we got the hybrid instead still has the camping reel of a pop up but when the weather gets real bad the awning is down in 2 minutes and if it look like it going to be a super rough storm only takes 2 mor minutes to turtle up and we still have enough room to ride the storm out. I hope you enjoy the new toy as much as we do!!!

Congratulations. After popupping since 1985, we just went to HTT too. One definitely good thing to us is we don't have to bend down all the way on the floor practically to get most things out of storage and such. We did have two overhead cabinets in our first (of two) popups but nothing like what's in HTT and it's so nice to have that. The only things we're putting low (under bed cabinets and bottom shelf of other cabs) is things not needed to get in and out daily. What a nice change.
