Hi! Just wanted to give an intro. We are new hybrid owners and will be pickin up our new baby next Tuesday! We currently own a Coleman Stony Creek Pop up, but have decided to finally upgrade. DH is thrilled that he will no longer have to crank it up each time we camp. My sister and brother in law are buying our pup from us.
I'm sure that once we get the hyrid home that we'll have tons of questions. We have a camping trip planned for next weekend in Virginia to try out the new camper and we're so excited!

Nice thing about upgrading from PUP is you're familiar with many things already. Take along a video recorder for the PDI. I felt a little awkward doing the recording but oh, so thankful that I did. Congrats! You'll love it.

When we camp, it's DH & me mostly. Occasionally step-daughter (16) comes, though not necessarily her choice

Welcome! We're new HTT owners too, for the same reason. Got tired of crank'n and I sure do love having our own potty!!! We've only been out twice, but so far....we're in love.

Welcome! The only thing about your pop-up that you'll miss are memories of trips, but they'll be quickly replaced by those in your new HTT. Packing the HTT bunks is child's play compared to the tenting of our former Santa Fe!

Welcome and congratulations on your new HTT. We too made the switch from PUP to HTT (back in early '07) and have never looked back...that is except for the memories. Enjoy!

Congrat...We just traded in our PUP after 8 years of PUPing we too decided for a HTT, well should say DH. I was a little unsure as I enjoyed my PUP. We have it home and all loaded. I am very happy with DH decision now. More storage, it was a piece of cake to set up. I still have that PUP feeling with the feeling of a TT. You are going to love it. Enjoy with many happy memories.
The outdoors is a wonderful place to be....
