The fact they are even bothering to schedule any work speaks volumes what is going on at WW. If you were going to close shop why would you spend time booking warranty work? You wouldn't. Hopefully Mark is getting things put back together.
If you had a bunch of inventory you wanted to liquidate before you pulled the plug wouldn't you want people to think it's business as usual? ... just saying
And if they are booking into December it makes me wonder if they have that many warranty repairs or maybe one part time guy doing the work??

As in they have to find some "unskilled day laborers"
Been kind of quiet over there, even the Border Patrol has NOT been hanging around the offramp lately

Macs Dad wrote: Yep when WW calls us in a couple of weeks to confirm repairs required we are asking for something in writing.
Sooner would be better but knowing that they are still accepting warranty work is a relief knowing/hoping they well be staying in buisness. WW told us that was the next available date.
PT that was just way to funny. Snort snort.
I'll update this post as we proceed
Well we called WW back today because they didn't call us back in the couple weeks we were told they would to get the list of repairs from us and alls we got was a answering machine.
We called a few days ago and acually talked to a receptionist and we were to be called back that day buy some guy and that never happened.

According to other posts WW employees were escorted off the property by private security on Friday. A blogger was even identifying himself as an ex-employee that worked in the warranty department.
There are so many stories it is hard to decifer the truth and weed through the B.S. LOL! I hope they are still open. I am looking at Ragen FSC2800 and am leary about pulling the trigger do to the surrounding controversy.

MacsDad, I'm glad you got a date to get repairs done on your trailer, but are you really happy with that kind of date? What would happen or what does happen to the guys that have things that need repairs done to them "NOW" or they sit in storage because they can't move without the repairs? Like a pin box problem, a slide problem, a wiring problem, a frame/axle problem.............etc etc etc.
There's no way I would stand for somebody telling me they will take care of warranty work that they are suppose to do by contract 5 months later.
A 5 month wait to do warranty work is crazyness. Get out your tool box.

While I could do these repairs myself, and have done some already, I feel it necessary to try to get WW to actually confirm they won't. I want it straight from the horses mouth. No hear say. The repairs aren't effecting any camping. They are minor. I paid a lot of money for this thing and went through hall with a lot of salesmen for over a year before I made the final deal, then hall again as we were signing the deal. I even had some discussions and letters with and to WW and the dealer prior to the final deal. It was a major deal for me to purchase this thing and I deserve the service I want and am owed. Just going to confirm they are and or will not do the work.
I'm going to keep calling them until I hear back. Either that or I will drive to the factory to see what I can see.
Sorry for the Attitide. Actually Attitude (Eclipse) was my pick for a toy hauler. MDW liked the WW. Go figure
