We were at Myrtle Beach State Park, but we came home today. We were shocked at the crowds coming in there. When we left this morning, there was over a mile long wait to pay with another 1/4 mile back up in either direction coming into the park. Thank goodness we didn't plan on staying past today. We had a nice quiet drive home and now we can relax in our big house for the weekend.

We are at Caboose Lake Campground in Remington, IN. The place is almost full, only three or four sites empty. Happy and safe 4th everyone.

We're at a beautiful site on the Pend Oreille River in NE Washington where bald eagles, moose, deer and bear abound and with a nice dock to launch my kayak. We're HOME!
