We were camping at Delaware Seashore State Park and saw a Twist - Popup style Screen House that fit over a large picnic table. This isn't an EZ Up/Quik Shade type and didn't need to be assembled.
I've looked through the NET and can't find one.... I forgot what the one at the CG was called.
Any Help?
Thanks....

I bought one at Target for $65 last year. It goes up quick with 2 people and the screen keeps the bugs out while your eating.

They sell them at the Fred Meyers store here in Fairbanks as well. Pretty nifty - just take it out of the bag, throw it in the air, and it comes down as a screen room! We're considering getting one too!

Just an FYI..At first I thought this item sounded great so I went onto the QVC website (as mentioned by Cal47) to check out the Playhut. They have two available but both of them recieved very poor reviews. I am not sure if this is the same one that the original OP had seen on the beach, but I would be sure to check out the reviews prior to purchasing any. I think I will stay away from the Playhut brand one. Hope this helps!

As far as I know Playhut is the only one making popup screen houses. you are right reviews aren't that great. Other than being easy to set up, they aren't really worth the amount of money the want

Cool. I was looking for something bigger than 6x6 in the popup screen house. I read the QVC reviews as well... I may just get some screen sides for my EZUP...
I'll keep looking
Thanks

I bought an 8x8 pop-up from E-bay from a Canadian company. I used it once so far and was impressed. You just can't stake it in the ground though...frame is flimsy and you need to use addt'l rope/stakes.
The kids really liked it because it kept the bugs out.
I wish I would have a bought a larger one to fit over picnic tables, but I bought it to fit our small, portable one.
Twisting it back took a few tries with another adult (my 10 yr DS couldn't hold it), but I figured in desperation, I can always lay it across the bunkends when closing up the PUP.
