My buddy is restoring a Burro fiberglass camper, it resembles a pop up in size but is hard sided, it has a faucet that is a hand pump and on/off for city water. there is no electric water pump. I'm off my turf to help him as i don't know where to even look for a replacement for this valve / pump that is now leaking with park city water pressure applied.

They used the common faucets used in pUPs and they are available at a RV parts house or can be ordered from their catalog. There are about 3 different types and any one will work.

rv parts catalogs have them you can probably find one on line someplace.

I found one for around 30. at a rv parts store for my pop-up
