After months of slowly fixing the extensive water damage to my Wanderer wagon its all done. Took some advice I got on her also so I thank everyone that chimed in. The whole floor and the rear walls are better than new and is actually stronger. Im going to try to sell it now. The whole thing has just turned me off to camping for now along with the high gas prices. How much would a 2004 thor wanderer wagon be worth. It has most everythig but no generator.

Obviously the damage was in the cargo area.
Ours has bowed up in the center of the cargo area, when you walk on it it flexes downward.
Is this what happened??
I don't know what caused ours to bow, but now I gotta assume that its water damage?? I would think that after sitting for a few weeks in 100+ temps that it would dry out and return to somewhat level.
Did you have to replace the wood framing or just the plywood and linolium.
Thanks in advance.

When i would walk on it the floor would sink. My foot would have gone through exept for the linoleum on top keeping it from doing that. I knew i had to do something when both of the beds ripped out of the wall one night. Had to replace all the framing in rear walls. The floor rails held up fine but the cheap subfloor disenegrated. The water was coming in from the top of the rear windows. after i gave everything a good caulking its water tight. Thanks Blaster,
I think the walls are O K.
The floor is arched up in the center about 2" and some of the screws that hold the tie downs have pulled out of the cross members.
If I can get away with replacing the plywood floor and linolium I will be happy.
Thanks again for the info.

The screws came loose on mine too. I just went through and added washers and nylock nuts to each screw. Some of the screws had missed the angle iron and were only fastened through the wood floor. Placed large washers on those to spread force and get some of the angle iron for backing.

D-rings are solid now.
