Yes, there are RV Condos about 2 miles East of Stillwater into Wisconson. My Father in Law owns one and keeps his RV there. Really nice place but I don't think there are any rental opportunities there. One to fit your 40ft RV will run you about $45,000 and they have overhead power doors and gas heat. There are also association dues as they now have a Dump Station, Fresh Water, Bathrooms all on site. I believe there are plans for a self service RV wash also, but you will need to purchase a lifetime user card for that for a couple thousand $. Nice place to keep the RV if your interested in a longer term investment.

At the FMCA in St Paul there was a group promoting a new RV condo place north of Lino Lakes on 23. Look for close to a $100 grand price. TOO RICH for my blood. Let me know if you want the number, I have it somewhere.
