For the fiver or tent: Chilhowee Campground has a few sites with electric and community water spigots. The rest of the sites only offer community water. Parksville Campground (Greasy Creek Campground as we used to call it) has electric in one part with community water spigots. The other part of the campground is tent only sites and I'm not sure if there are any electric hookups but do have community water spigots. Both are very close to the Ocoee, are National Forest Campgrounds, but IIRC you can't make reservations. 2 Rivers Campground (www.2riverscamping.com)near Benton has full hookup sites and tent only sites with water and electric. Tent sites are very shaded. It is a private campground and reservation can be made. There's not a whole lot to do there other than fishing but it would make a good base camp for rafting and other activities and is very clean and well kept. All of the above mentioned have full restroom facilities with hot showers.
For the tent only: Hiwassee/Ocoee TN State Park near Delano, TN. No electric with community water spigots. They do have full restroom facilities with hot showers and a new playground.
For the fiver only: Black Bear Cove (www.blackbearcove.com)near Delano, TN. It is a private park and reservations can be made. Offers full hook-ups but no shade. Don't bring the tent in hot weather. They have a small pool and playground.
Google any of the above mentioned for more info. Hope this helps.

very good list saTenn.
I have one more, called thunder rocks.
Located at the power station and you need to go across the bridge to get to it, i think it is down stream from the Ocoee visitor center.
Thunder Rock is about a mile down from the Whitewater Center & across the bridge at #3 Powerhouse. Do a search on "Cherokee National Forest campgrounds" & it will have a listing there with all the specifics on TR & other cgs in the Forest.
