The only people who even consider staying up north in the winter are the ones who can't escape. The only people who would even consider living up north are the ones who don't have sense enough to escape!

Everybody's going.....even the guy who wrote the BS about; "has no plans to use his RV"......like gas is going to drop in price.

I'm heading south, A few years from now we will be talking about the time fuel was only $4.oo per gallon. Enjoy it while we can.

OH Yeah, we are going. We stayed home one winter for health reasons and decided its much better to be sick in Yuma where its warm than here in the Northwest. Cost of fuel going down and back vs what we would use here to heat etc is about a break even proposition. Really do not care if its $5 for diesel, not staying here in the cold, rain and snow.

Fchammer1 I thought for sure you would be back in the RGV this winter. Where the wind never blows and everyone is so friendly and no graffiti anywhere.

That's funny - I gotta speak for the folks who love winter and who have no desire to run away when the white stuff starts to fall. Really - there are a bunch of us who enjoy all 4 seasons - and wouldn't want it any other way! - but for those who don't? - well - we kinda feel sorry for you! ....
