We finally made the jump and bought our first travel trailer - 2008 Jayco 32BHDS. Our first outing over the 4th and already love it (as we knew we would). While this isn't much of a priority I thought I'd post to the experts anyway ...

We have a entertainment center between the LR and MBR, the 20" LCD TV swivels so you can watch in bed, problem is (as with all LCD's) that you are view from down to up so there is a lot of gray and shadows. I considered installing a swivel mount but am afraid it won't make the clearance to swivel. It just looks like a metal bar with a TV mount and one side an mirror on the other. Any suggestion on how I can get it to tilt down?

you will need a tilt mount for your tv like i did for my bedroom.....mine of course is mounted on the wall with a swing away arm.......see if you can mount a bracket on your existing mount then attatch a tilt only mount to it.....

Nice trailer. We looked at that model and loved the rear room for the kids. We also liked the sprinter 311bhs and bought it. We have the swivel TV also and haven't noticed this problem. Try looking online for simple TV mounts that will tilt up and down only. The bracket pictured above looks too big.

The mount in the photo above looks like your solution and a good solid mount as well.
