Has anyone out there come across this line, yet? I couldn't find any references in a search of RV.net. From what I understand, it's a new line of travel trailers from Skyline RV. Unlike the current Nomad line, which is wood frame with tin skin, the Nomad Alumabond line is aluminum framed with fiberglass exterior. I found a floorplan and specs for a Nomad Alumabond model 2970 on the rvwholesalers.com website, and it looks perfect for us:
It has the quad bunks, fiberglass exterior and u-shaped dinette we want, and weighs under 6,000 pounds dry. Nomad Alumabond 2970
It isn't yet showing on the Skyline RV website, though. Has anyone seen one? Do you know where we could find pictures and more details?
