I am about to buy one or the other. I left all my notes that had all my good/bad comparisons in the pocket of an airplane seat - bummer. Please list specifics that you like or dislike about either toyhauler, realizing that probably no one person has actually owned both.
I'll start us off ---
- Cyclone: three axles = higher GVWR, and better stability at 70mph but will turn harder due to dragging that third tire in a slow, tight turn.
- Fuzion: two axles...reverse the above sentence.
- Cyclone: Slide awning package, Fuzion: none
- Cyclone: Heat pump with solar charger, Fuzion: none
- Cyclone: 75gal water, Fuzion 110 gal (I'll be unplugged a lot)
- Cyclone: Loft, Fuzion: no loft
- Cyclone: No air bed sofa, Fuzion: has airbed sofa
- Cyclone: $46,600, Fuzion: $36,600 (after much "negotiations" with many dealers). Is the cyclone really 10 grand better quality?
Can anyone answer these questions:
- Which one is overall built better?
- Will Cyclone turn sharper with shortbed with B&W companion hitch with no slider because of the front cap design vs. Fuzion?
- Which one is better insulated for weather extremes, cold and hot?
(I'll be using this thing nearly fulltime, just me and the lab, but with the fellas and family occasionally for hunting in the mountains of Colorado in the winter.)
- Which one will feel more stable when you're asleep in a bad wind/rain storm?
- Which company has a better record for durability, and fewer first year repairs?
- Which one do I like better? (wouldn't it be nice if someone could just tell you the answer to this one?)
- Any others?

Tough decision..I just had to make the same one. I went with the Fuzion. Mostly because of my dealers location. We purchased our Fuzion 2 weeks ago. We used it once so far. Going for a week long trip next week. So far the Fuzion has been great. No issues on our maiden trip. The Fuzion tows well and turns fine with the 2 axles.
I'm also towing with a short bed truck. I liked the interior choices more on the Fuzion. We like the sliding doors between the garage as well as the TV/Stereo system. The Fuzion has a Rockford Fosgate system. I also like the Onan generator and the automatic awning.

I have been weighing them both up for some time. Personally, if the Fuzion came with the Queen Loft, it would be the Fuzion without question. I even emailed Keystone and asked that they incorporate a Loft like the Cyclone, never heard back. I will ring them next and ask if it is in their future plans. However, because the Fuzion does not have a loft, you get 2 electric queen beds in the garage vs. 2 twin beds if that is important.
The Cyclone now comes with the glass sliding patio door so it makes them even closer. I am going to Denver today to look again at the Fuzion 302.

I'm looking at these same models myself. It's a tough call. I thought the Fuzion had more standards than the Cyclone. Our dealer has a Fuzion coming in August??? something. If I had to make a split decision between the two It would be the Fuzion.
One other thing is, I think the Fuzion has a higher pin weight than the cyclone. Maybe camper26 can answer the pin weight question or let us know what his is.
We are also looking at Th's in that size range. Suggest you also look at this from Heartland, maker of the Cyclone, I would also consider the Razor 3110DS
Dual axel with more fresh water capacity, and garage slider door option.
A couple of things about the Cyclone, with the shower on the same side as the bed you have more room to get in the bed and make it. The loft is also handy to store things such as coats and hats. I am very happy with my Cyclone, the only thing that I do not like is not striker on the stove.

Wonder why the Fuzion doesn't have a loft? I guess there thinking is beds in the garage. I also looked at the Razor 3110 and the garage did not have a sliding door. A man door was in this unit. Is that an option for 09 models?
We've had our Fuzion for about a month now and love it. I can't address all of your questions as this is the first large RV I've had.
The build quality on the Fuzion is pretty good in my experience. We haven't had too many problems: bad brake light, broken bracket that holds the mirror in the bed room, and the fuel nozzle was installed up side down. I like the finish and interior of the Fuzion better than most others.
We originally wanted a loft, but the Fuzion has a row of cabinets that are accessible from the inside of the living area and the garage which is pretty cool. If you are going solo, you may prefer the cabinets to the loft.
Anything with slide outs is not going to be as well insulated as a completely enclosed trailer. Ours does pretty well. The furnace and AC do a good job of moderating the temperature.
I don't know about wind, but if you want to steady the trailer you should probably get a king pin stabilizer. We have slide out stabilizers on the main slide, the jacks in the back and the landing jacks and it still wiggles a bit.
It tows very nicely behind my GMC 1 ton SRW. It's on the heavy side for a SRW truck though. I'm right at the limit (rating wise) for my GVWR and GCWR.
