OLD
Just like his whining and 'can't decide' EVERY season.
It's on every station in Wisconsin 24/7's and I wouldn't be surprised if he is paid by someone to do his 'will he come back' routine every year to boost sales for advertising and the like.
Most of the locals and fans here are fed up with it.
IMHO if he does this same schtick of his at that awards ceremony that's coming up he will have shot himself in the foot.

I'm right with you on this one (for a change). Romo hasn't arrived yet, pure
and simple. To say otherwise just means you are a die-hard Cowboy fan.
Nothing wrong with that. But it takes years to become a Favre type QB, as one
year does not make a wonder boy (except maybe in the movies).
Favre is a tough guy, ala Bradshaw. Only smarter LOL
This is a movie here in Dallas.....it's a movie of Groundhog Day Jerry Jones crashing over, and over, and over again. At least since 1996.
Jones is Al Davis with lasik eye surgery and a facelift, instead of the feminine eyeglass-neckchain. Jones goes out of his way to hire every lowlife the NFL cranks-out somewhere else. Then when he doesn't hire the lowlife, the LL stars someplace else. Jones can't win for losing since he hired and slammed Barry Switzer, The Cigar Store Indian.....Jones' own words about Switzer..... And I like Barry Switzer!

Switzer was a half wit that took a Super Bowl team to a mediocre season his first year and then the players decided to win it all on their own the second year.
Ran out of Oklahoma because of a lack of discipline, drugs on the team and poor coaching.
The man was caught at the airport with a pistol in his luggagge and said he forgot??
Jones and Johnson's ego were too big for each other and ruined a chance at a 5 year Super Bowl record that would have never been equaled. I grew to dislike Johnson although I certainly though he was a disciplinarian when he need to be and never did like Jones but Jones put up the money and during drafts did come up with some pretty good players over Johnson's objections.
Wade Phillips is not the answer although the record speaks differently. The team needs discipline at times. We will see how things go this year. Perhaps if he had told Romo to stay in town and prepare for the final game, maybe the outcome would have been different.
I believe Romo has the potentional but sometimes the fun must be put aside and the game must come first. After all, it is a business first.

Seems like I remember a few other QB's who accidentally got the starting job by mistake and did ok. Does the name Tom Brady ring a bell? Or Kurt Warner?
Yeah, Ole Favre did it all by himself, never had a quality receiver or back.
I guess you never heard of Sterling Sharpe, Donald Driver, Antonio Freeman or Robert Brooks at WR? Or how about Terry Glenn? One of Romo's good receivers? Yep he played 15 games with the Pack.
No good running backs either? How about Ahman Green, Dorsey Levens. And Tight Ends? Ever hear of Mark Chmura? Or Bubba Franks?
During Favres tenure there were 21 Packer Wr's, tight ends and running backs selected to the Pro Bowl. And 26 players from other positions
There were also 9 All pro selections from the WR, RB and TE positions. And 28 from other positions. So don't go telling me Romo has had great numbers because of his cast while trying to make it look like Favre has been a one man show in Green Bay
Romo is a nobody, a poser with a fat contract and good backs and receivers, he played for Who Cares State College somewhere up north. He's playing above his head, and he's going down. He could not care less about his paid-job with Dallas, once landing that front-loaded guaranteed contract with Jerry Jones. He's a side-show with that GF of his anyway. And he was absent last week, electing to play golf, where he belongs, and where he's headed back to, IMO.
Yeah gee there's never been any great players come out of small schools have there? Ever hear of Jerry Rice? Or Larry Allen or any of hundreds more I could name. You sounds envious again Skid Mark, wishing that was you with Jessica? Is Romo the only player not allowed to have a social life in Skid Mark Joes NFL?
How and why Favre got his Hall of Fame record, who cares? Is he the first illegal drug taker in NFL history? Duh, no. He just wants to play. Again, I ask, can you blame him for wanting one more shot somewhere?
Like I said, I dont care if he plays again, should be entertaining and good for a few laughs. Like maybe another dismal showing against the Cowboys? No he may not be the first druggie, I just think his records are as bogus as a steroid swollen MLB players records are.
You really ought to go back to giving financial advice cause you suck at it a little less than you suck at talking football.
