I woke up Weds morning and my neighbors had a 'web' (similar to what you would see during Halloween) strung from their gate all the way to the road.....Only the web was made of CELLOPHANE!....It was wrapped around their mailbox post, garbage cans, basketball hoop and gate to their driveway!......I THOUGHT some REAL tweakers moved in!.....I was concerned!
Up until 2 weeks ago, we had an employee ("Sydney") that was a REAL pain in my neck!.......I was her boss, but always felt like I was her babysitter.........She was fired!
I arrived at work Weds morning and described to everyone what my neighbors had done and my concern that TWEAKERS now live next door!
"Amber" (Sydney's best friend) says, "OMG! That wasn't YOUR house?"......ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!
YEP! "Sydney" thought she was stringing cellophane all over MY driveway but it was the neighbors.........LMAO!!!!
Poor little thing.....She can't do NUTHIN' right......LOL!

Just hope your neighbor has a good sense of humor or that practical joke could bet a lot more expensive than the cellophane cost.
Pays, when you pull a practical joke, to insure it's the right "Victim"
(I suspect the neighbor will laugh it off however, Not the O/P's problem in any case)
Of course I've seen practical jokes go good too... (I like those kind)

My neighbor did find it extremely funny!...Our neighbor across the street however, was quite upset.....He said it made the neighborhood look "tacky", which it did, which makes it even funnier.......
Sydney actually got the 'idea' to use cellophane from my 11 y.o. daughter.....My daughter had mentioned to my boss that if jcapps showed up in Bakersfield, she would cellophane his rig.......LOL!
My daughter got the idea from Leslie (MusTangFilly) in Bakersfield the year before......Soooo it's ALL Leslie's fault!....V
