I have a 2008 3612. My brother has a 2007 3612. We have been staying in it since end of May mostly in Colorado. The unit is very livable. Both units have minor problems mostly with water connections. We have both been able to fix all problems so far. Have a leak in my shower that havent been able to fix. When I get back home in Sept will take it to dealer. 2008 modls have 16 inch wheels new front end cap and some cosmetic changes inside that make it little more appealing. We both carry 4 wheeler and large motorcycle in garage. Quality control at factory needs improvement but overall I would say they are good units and would purchase again. Hope this helps.

We have an 07 3612 we too have a leak i cant find leaks in between the fridge and sink.
We love our raptor have had some issues they were taken care of by keystone.
Only complaint is the back stairs hang too low and we kinda ripped them off and damaged the skirting and the outdoor storage box and tweaked the door off kilter so it doesn't open now.
LOVE,LOVE,LOVE the Raptor!

If you havent replaced the T fittings under the sink. I would try it. My brothers leaked for a year. He replaced washers to no avai. He finally replaced the fittings the other day and it fixed them. Problem with all leaks is the water systm stays around 80 lbs of pressure. Hot water heater builds the pressure to this. We put gauge on both out tailers to determine this. Drained the hot water heaters then refilled them and watched pressure climb back as hot water heater built back up.

We have a 05 3319 which is a open floor plan. We really like it as well. Had some minor issues that I fixed myself. I did a bunch of upgrades to provide better creature comforts as we boondock most of the time. As far as the QC on these or any other unit, they all need help in that area.

We have the new 3812, triple slide. We traded in our Dune Chaser for it last October. Our coach was the first production run of the new model and I expected several problems. I was right. Out of the 9 months we've owned the coach, it's been in the shop 4 of them. The most severe problems were cracking in the fiberglass around the slide frames. Another major issue was when we got to Glamis and found that all the electrical wiring and propane gas lines had broken free of the retaining bracket and had dangled between the tires. Of course they were all destroyed. As far as everything else; it was typical repairs, new microwave, a few electrical issues and other minor stuff. They also had to tear down the bathroom wall and rebuild it due to it being out of plumb. The bathroom door was way out of alignment. Other than that, we love the coach. The service writer did admit that Keystone had paid over 30k to the dealer in warranty claims for our coach alone. I guess that's what ya get when you buy a prototype. We're hoping we have all the bugs worked out. Time will tell. Good luck.

Wow, just goes to show you that every mfg has their lemons. We love our 3612 and have very few issues that most of them I solved myself. We would definately buy another Raptor but we would be more picky on the walk thru, we missed some stuff on this one.

I have a 2008 299 MP Raptor
I have had a couple little issues with it, and I agree there must not be much quality control at Keystone, however that said my last RV was a 2006 Montana and it was worse!
I would buy another Raptor but not from the Dealer in Santa Fe Springs CA.

We've got a 2006 3712TS with about 15K on it and we' really love it. There have been a couple minor problems but nothing that couldn't be repaired in a day (new inverter the most significant). We've done a few mods on ours (heat into the garage, moved the TV, etc.) and we really love the coach. Middle son and his wife just traded thier WW on a Raptor and they're very happy too.
As jasonlisan just said, no maufacturer is free of issues, so I'd suggest making sure you have a good dealer as ours has made our Raptor ownership a real pleasure - a bad dealer could make a great coach seem like a lemon.
Good luck, let us know what you decide.
