We have a 2007 3814 and for the most part we love it. Being our first RV, I have been very pleased with the ease of doing what I need to do to it plus the quality of the components has been very good. I would agree the fit and finish, especially the trim work, leaves something to be desired; however, that is pretty minor in my book. The only real upgrade we have done is replaced the mattress with a much better one but unless you are really high rent, that is to be expected on any model. We have not seen anything in terms of floor plan and size that we like better. We have close to 5000 miles on it with pretty much smooth sailing. Any damage to it has been self inflicted like one of our kids friends not knowing how to turn on the shower so he broke the knob, some trim got scratched by our needy Black Lab and a window was broken by a stone out of a mower at the CG where we keep it. Tires have worn well, it survived a very harsh winter this year. I would buy another one! Good luck!

Look at the Fuzion version of the Raptor as well. There are many deals out there, so you could end up paying little if any premium for the upgrade. Our 373 has had only minor issues and we use it a lot.

Bought my '08 in January. (birthday present to my self) Been on 6 trips since. Other than a few minor issues I am so far quite happy with it. Would but another.

I have a 07 3612DS, got about 6K on it. Full hookup and dry camping and has held up well. We absolutely love it! Haul 4 quads or 2 quads and a dirt bike, or 2 quads and 2 bicycles. Options endless! Little glitches taken care by dealer/Keystone, nothing major enough to complain about. Even the Carlisle 15inchers have held up great (knock on wood). The only complaint...that darn fuel filler hump in the garage...always in the way.

Hockeymom, check under the fridge, there is a water fitting elbow/T under there. I had a loose fitting there and had water coming out onto the floor. I used some teflon tape on it too. I put a aluminum tray to monitor the leak and it hasnt reoccurred.

Esteban782, have the same leak under my sink and its with the hot water feed. Ive learned something new! I even tried teflon tape, helped alot but still drips a little. I'll try new ones.

We have an '08 Raptor 3814 and have had almost no trouble with it. Its our 6th RV (three trailers/three motorhomes), and while its not the best one we've had in terms of quality, its a close 2nd. I like the floorplan, it pulls 'amazingly' well for a behemoth, and its fun to have such a huge garage area. We have about 5500 miles on it so far.

Thanks for the replies! I may go and see if I can cut a deal this weekend. Have to convince DW first!

Purchased our 07' 3612 in June of 06'. The biggest issue I had thus far was the tire issues. Now Keystone, like mentioned, is putting 16" E rated tires on there units now. WONDER WHY!!! The water leak issue is prolly the most common complaint I hear from other Raptor owners. Two of my buddies purchased a Raptor right after I bought mine, we have all had the water leak issues from under the sink, fridge, dry storage compartments etc,. The other major issue was the fueling station. Everytime, after only a few days or more of sitting, the first 1/4 gallon of fuel was saturated with rust. We all experience this issue everytime. Keystone says that there is nothing wrong with their fittings, BS... You will experience the typical issues like the rest of us no matter what you purchase. I was at the dealer the other day sniffing around and noticed that majority of the service bays were filled with $300K and up pushers. Goes to show no matter how much you spend, they all have issues.

We have a 05 3512 Raptor, got in June of 04. No major problems, just some minor stuff. Had the leaks under the sink, now I make it a habit to check all the fittings before a trip. Like many others I upgraded to 16" wheels and E rated tires, put in a prosine 2K inverter and 6v batteries. Love it to death....even more now that its paid off!!!!

Oh, and I put on a 5th airborne pinbox....sommthed out the ride ALOT!!

I have a 2007 3814SS also and it has been a great trailer. We have slept 10+ folks in it, plus kids over a five day riding trip and it handles it with easy. Little trim pieces do get messed by kids, but they are easily fixed. I haven't seen the water leak yet, and the tires are holding up well. Anyhow, I think it is a good trailer and it pulls extremely well for such a big trailer. Scotty

We have a 05 3319 which is a open floor plan. We really like it as well. Had some minor issues that I fixed myself. I did a bunch of upgrades to provide better creature comforts as we boondock most of the time. As far as the QC on these or any other unit, they all need help in that area.

I also have a 3319 we purchased some months back. Ihave made some changes and adding some cabinets.QC sucked but i bought it from an individual who probably didn't pay attention to any of the details.Fixed everything, love the space in this floorplan.I removed the dining area benches and table and added a double pull out table and 2 chairs which gives a bunch more space and actually have more room when i put the sides down.Just a Q have you had any problems with the 15" wheels
