I got the new 16" aluminum wheels and BF Goodrich Commerical T/A tires installed last week. Here are a couple of pix. Thanks for all the advise. PCM

They both look really nice on your RV and should add to your safety.

Very nice ...

I predict you will not regret the investment.

Did this 2 years ago on my old fiver...dumped the 15" trailer tires and bought 5 new rims and 5 new 16" Laredo LT tires...made a world of difference and was a very worthwhile investment

I appreciate the positive input from everyone. My biggest decesion was rather or not to go with the 215 or 225 tire. The 215 is taller BUT about 1/4 inch more narrow. I had to be sure of no contact with the slide bar mechanism. I hope they will proe to be the worthwill investment that we think it will be. PCM

I ended up getting the tires and rims from the tire place I went to...ended up getting a good deal from him since I bought 5 new tires and 5 new rims (don't forget to replace the spare if you go to a bigger tire)...another option was getting the rims from a local junkyard but opted for new rims instead due to the amount of traveling we do

good looking tire/wheel combo. dMy RV dealer had installed new ST225/75-15 D on a used 11200 GVWR 5er I bought. Got it home and swapped to the LT 215/85-16 E BFG Commercials. That was in '03 and with close to 28k their still in great shape and have had zero problems with them. I have another set of '00 BFG Commercials LT235/85-16 E on my implement trailer. These tires have close to 35k now but other than a couple of nail/fence staple holes, their in great shape. I keep them at max psi for long term reliability and less problems.
