Suburbanrancher - It's hard for me to jump on your band wagon when the rumors about WW have been swirling for a long time. This forum and Google are a marvelous thing.

Did some searching myself, and found the Riverside County Court system... Plug in "weekend warrior" into the business name... Interesting reading.

Thanks for some facts.....and interesting reading ......

I had already searche the 9th Circuit bankruptcy of the US Courts but found nothing so far.

Seems bankruptcy protection is coming if WW wants to survive....

It is 1:30pm I just call WW. Lady say's their still open. Proves there's way to much B.S. here.

I have read that WW and Ragen may be affected, but are there any other makes/models?

Not having a warranty wouldn't make any difference to me, as I'm not likely to ship one back from the U.K. if there was a problem with it. I have to take that risk when buying any RV to ship back home.

That may be Shawn but your timing of leaving Giant and then the news of WW being in trouble is interetsing to say the least. me thinks you had some inside info and got out while the getting was good.

By the way, we couldn't be happier with out Rage'n but I do wish I would have bought a 3405 from the get-go.

Whats so interesting about me leaving Giant RV?

WW had Nothing to do with me leaving Giant RV.

I did not expect WW or Ragen to be in the position that they are in today.

Please don't delete me Mods. I am leaving and will not post again from here on out. I know the rules. Im just here to read.

So far there has been nothing but "Hearsay" posted here regarding Weekend Warrior. Believe half of what you see, 1/4 of what you read and nothing of what you hear and you'll be better off. Since most of what has been posted here regarding Weekend Warrior "Bankruptcy" and "Seizing of assets", has been indicated as something heard from a friend of a friend, I won't believe any of what I read on this message board until I see the real thing. I don't want to see Weekend Warrior or any other legitimate "Manufactured in the USA" company go under, but I honestly feel that rumors like these can contribute significantly to the failure of a struggling company by ruining consumer confidence. Perhaps we should give all of this speculation a rest and wait to see what really does happen.
