I purchased a used 2006 Roadtrek RS Adventurous, 37,000 miles on Ebay. I am going to have it checked by an RV service center before I pay for it. Besides checking the engine compression, fluids, and making sure the appliances are working what else should I keep an eye out for?

Thanks

I purchased my Xplorer 8 years ago used. I knew most of what needed repaired, but not all. I found out later the A/C needed replaced. The plumbing underneath had problems & the dump valves needed replaced. The shocks needed replaced. The other things I knew in advance.

Your under warranty, so I wouldn't worry too much. Just make sure everything works. Might have the brakes checked. The generator, if it has one, should have around 50 hrs or more on it if it has been exercised properly. If it only has a few hours on it, I would make them run it under load (AC) for about 15 to 20 minutes to make sure there are no problems.

Good luck, and have fun.

I would check roof seams for rust, my roof had to have everything removed and repainted. Same year as this one.
