I'm not a RVr yet (my post that no one has replied to is just a few down from this one) but I have been doing some research. Have a look at the Keystone Cougar 320 SRX. It has most of the features you are looking for but it may not be big enough for your needs (at least the garage section).

My wife and I are full-timing on our property while a house is being built. To combat the "heat" problem, we had a 48x32 pole barn built. It keeps the sun from "beating up" the RV, and it's easier to keep cool and clean. Plus we are parked undercover. It's really quite nice.

I'll post a pic when I figure out how!

Hi, I have the Carriage C-force.

If you get a chance check them out.

The garage is almost 11 ft, the trailers include a rough in for washer dryer unit in front closet.

I almost bought a new raptor 3712 TS but the build quality on my used 06 c-force is quite a bit above that of the raptor. (real maple cupboards, better insulation, real quality Carrier AC that is fully ducted through the roof of whole trailer, fully ducted furnace under floor, heated and insulated holding and fresh tanks. etc.

The carriage is 4 seasons rated and cause they only made them in 06 and 07, the new stock 07's sitting on lots are a pretty good price for the quality of the trailer.

Warning though, they are a heavy sucker to pull.

DSR.

You might be a dog show roady if Y'all have to buy a 40 ft toy hauler just so the dogs can have a private room (Garage)

We are not full-time yet, but doing some extended trips in a Cyclone 3210. We just picked it up and have not done our customizing yet, so I can't say how it's working out. So far, so good though.

We are 9 mo out of the year in the TH. After looking at about every rig on the market we decided that we liked the open floor plan and the steps up to the loft bunk in the KZ 41RL. Got away from the kitchen island so that it is still possible to get into the fridge with the slides in. We dont have kids but have 2 large dogs on the road with us.

Good luck with your adventure
