If you're coming to the event and would like to attend a BBQ dinner and show at the Bar M, please be sure to give them a call and make a reservation for Sunday, October 5th. Their phone number is 1-800-214-2085. Just let them know you're with Julie and the Class B group. We need to do this within the next week or two, so they can give their staff advance notice.
They are normally closed on Sunday night. However, if we get at least 40 individuals to reserve, they will open just for us. The cost is $24.95 per person and includes dinner, a tip and a Live Western Stage Show. You can find their dinner menu on their website at Bar M Website.
If we don't get enough signed up for Sunday, then we can go on Saturday night, but we'll be mixed in with other groups and individuals. If that occurs we can do a little rearranging on our schedule.
Also for you pet owners that are interested, don't forget to cook up a cool costume for your pet. We'll be having a costume and trick contest after our potluck dinner (hopefully on Saturday night)

Julie, just placed my reservation for the BBQ dinner show.
The reservation count as of Thursday July 24th at 3:00PM PST was only 15!!!
Come on folks, lets get that count up above 40 so be can have our own show on Sunday.

Chino and I will register tomorrow, as will our friend Lavenia. With RiverkernB registering tomorrow too, that will make 20 reserved - we'll be half way there with a week to go.
