Can someone that knows answer the above question please..
I Have s similar problem with PIN weight....(a little to high for me..all other weights are Ok.) IF I carry water in the fresh water tanks(which is behind the axles), I know I will add to my Gross weight but will it lighten the PIN weight by weighing down the back...????? thanks..
Sorry I misled Larry...I was simply referring to the weight....the sag was in the Suburban. The Ex experience remains to be seen......still working on suspension, tires, other stuff. Don't expect a whole lot to change, though. Still the same weight to deal with.

It works like a see-saw or teeter-totter. Any weight behind the axles will counterbalance an equal amount of weight at an equal distance in front of the axles.
Put 500lbs 5' behind the axles, and 500lbs 5' in front of the axles. Your pin weight will not change, but the gross weight of the trailer will.
