I've stayed at Ruby's Inn near Bryce Canyon. It's rustic but nice, and close to the Nat'l Park. I'll stay there again when I go back to Zion and Bryce. Here's their link:

I stayed at a KOA between bryce and zion. actually if you stop and look at an assortment of red rocks about half way to bryce, you can just turn around as you have seen it all. that and the view out the back of the RV park.

We live near Salt Lake City, and go to Zion River Resort in Virgin, Utah a couple of times a year. It's a clean park with large sites, and very friendly staff. The pool is exceptionally nice, and the location is awsome. We usually bring the Harley, and take day trips to Zions National Park, Bryce, and the North rim of the Grand Canyon. It's absolutely the best site for the purpose you stated.

Ilan.

Bauer's RV Park in Glendale, UT would be centrally located to the areas you are visiting. Full hook-ups and nice folks. Restrooms with showers and a laundry room. Not a whole lot to do at the park, but, no big deal if you're out sight seeing. $26/ night with a Good Sam card.

Second B-Rad502. Stayed there in 07 and used it as a base for Grand Canyon North Rim, Zion and Bryce. Arrived with a bad rear engine seal and the operators were real helpful getting me organized to get it repaired. Our cell phones didn't work there.
Good luck, safe travels and happy camping!

I have visited all those places, plus other scenic wonders, while staying at the Kanab RV Corral. In the past two years, I've spent more than a month in that area, and still haven't seen all there is.

Kanab RV is a fine place. I had one experience with the rip-offs at Zion River and would not recommend it at all. Can email for details if you would like. (They still owe me money!)
