We are a family of 5 with young kids. We love Disney Fort Wilderness. We bought our electric golf cart to use there and in our neighborhood. I've seen a lot of campgrounds where you can rent *their* golf carts...but we want to bring our own.
Do you guys know of any other family fun campgrounds where we can bring our cart? Btw, we are near Atlanta GA, but don't mind traveling to our camping destinations!

Our friends just got back from Myrtle Beach and they took their golf cart with them. Believe they stayed at Ocean Lakes. There was a golf cart parade every night!

It is difficult to believe but the word is out that Florida State Parks now allow carts.

Not sure how far you want to travel but we just got back from a week at Frontiertown in Ocean City, Maryland. Had a GREAT time - lots to do if you have kids and most people had their own golf carts

Yes you can bring your own golf cart at Ocean Lakes. You will need proof of liability insurance and there is a $ per day charge to bring it in. You can go to their website and probably get the answers.
