Ocean Lakes Cg @ Myrtle Beach, SC requires:
$50k liability and $2 estra a day during summer for golf cart use.
register at Golf Cart Sales office and the sticker cost $5.00..
Make sure you have your cart listed on the policy with the $50K. Mine cost me an extra $5-6 dollars a month. I add it a week before we go, drop it during the winter months. basically keep it on the cart May till November.
Hope this helps

Ok, so a few ruin it for the rest of us...SO, back on topic...do you know of any campgrounds we can take our electric cart to?

Some state park systems have 'resort parks' with golf, swimming pools etc. You might want to check out your area along with OK, KS, AR etc.
Oklahoma resort parks can be found here, as an example.

I,ve never seen a CG where you "can't" bring your cart.

Really? Most of the state and corp parks have restrictions in our area. I'm originally from Texas but we didn't have our cart when we lived there...but I remember seeing someone asked to leave in a corp park because they had their electric cart with them. It wasn't hurting anyone and it was more quiet than any vehicle in the park..but they still asked them to remove it.

Mike, thanks for the link! We camped at Beavers Bend a couple of times when we lived in Texas...that was a fun place! I don't remember any carts in the park, but then again we didn't pay much attention to them back then.
Good idea, I'll search for resort parks!
