We'll, we're back in Florida on the way home and are now experiencing those famous afternoon tropical rains, so now we have a leak for the first time since we've owned this rig although there is prior evidence that it has done so before.
So, what's the best cure for a leaking TV antenna? It's right above my computer chair and so far I've turned the crank a turn and hung a towel up there, which seemed to stop it or at least help

Assuming this is the ubiqitous Wingard "batwing" antenna, there is an o-ring seal arrangement that works only if the antenna is fully extended or fully retracted.

The other culprit is the boot over the coax cable. Is your desk under the crank?

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I could not see any cracks in the caulk. I caulked a couple of places that looked like they could leak. Next rain, same problem.
I took the antenna out, cleaned off all the old caulk and caulked between the antenna base and the top of the motor home. Reinstalled the antenna and then caulked around the edges.
Has not leaked since. Not that big of a job and works better than putting caulk on top of caulk.

Seal it. Go on the roof, you can more than likely see the crack in the old sealant.

Thanks for the replies...will take a look, first chance I get. Still seems as though it helped to turn the crank up a half turn when it was all the way down. The leaking started all at once and went down my back sitting here in front of the computer. This KOA has cable, so the antenna wasn't up and it really poured in until I did the above.
