We've just said goodbye to Collin, Leanne & Celeste (Collin) who spent the last couple of nights in our driveway on their way to Quadra Island. What fun we had! A couple of years ago we were happy to host Lyn, Doug & Berkeley the cat (Tripalot) for a night as they travelled down Vancouver Island. And in August 2006, Larry & Carol (Windwalker55) from Missouri joined us here on their way home from Alaska. The driveway sufficed for a couple of nights but then we got on so well that we ended up going camping together at our favourite local spot at Buttle Lake. The trout fishing was amazing & Carol makes the best cranberry scones for breakfast! We love making new friends through RV.Net & that "other" TC forum.
By the way, Anne & Joe, we really enjoyed your travel blog & pics of your journey west. Hope we might meet you someday. Maybe we'll make that big trip across the continent & come to Maine.

Looks like we've had more RV.NET visitors than others here. It's really neat to look out and see several TCs in your yard. Maybe we just have a love of wandering in common that makes it so easy to talk and spend time with other TCers.

A fellow RV.NET TC friend just left after a very nice visit. With a Truck camper, it is so convient to visit and have your own space. I hated to see him leave
We have had 2 TCers visit so far and hopefully will have many more.
