I wish our diesel was 4.68/gallon here in Alaska. We filled up the other day for 5.12/gallon. The most we have paid this summer was up in Cantwell Alaska, near Denali National Park. It was $6.05/gallon.

I don't suppose I'll be visiting that place any time soon.

Filled up for 3.61 at a "Bucky's" (also $1 for a 20lb bag of ice). Not to worry it will be back up in time for Labor day.

Yesterday I fueled up my gas guzzler and I feel bad. I had to pay $3.76 per gallon, and I just KNOW the gas companies lost money. Does anyone have an address where I can send more money to clear my guilty feelings?

It's still $2 per gallon too high. Just before 9/11, the price of gas here was $1.35 per gallon. Giving a generous cost of living raise, it should be no higher than $1.95 per gallon now.

Wow! They only gouged you $2 per gallon. If that makes you feel better, you've got nothing to worry about.

The word ONLY should not be used in this context.

I'd agree with something like this too.
Diesel was cheaper the gas then too, and should be.

Personally, I am astonished at the people who are not complaining along with me. Geez, gas is cheap. I really feel bad that I got it so cheap.

Big oil is probally gonna take a little less profit this quarter if this keeps up, then where will they be?.

Where is your thinking?

I was expecting to pay 5.00 per gallon along now, and I feel like I ripped em off.

Oh wweeeeeee is me. Where is Supercharger when I need him ?
