Porta-potty I have used the same one for over 20 years,
still not full I'll have to empty it someday I guess.
Kidding aside I have used the same one for 20+ years,
It is NOT an electric one.
I can see the battiers running down when it is needed most.
Good ol' manual one works all the time.
Don't leave home without it.

We had a portopotti by Thetford in our Palomino before we bought this highwall. It was only awkward to use if our niece came along with us. It was invaluable for potti training my son...he was 2 1/2 when we first started camping.

I have a 4yo who is potty-trained, but likes to wait until the last-possible moment to go, and a 2yo who is about to start potty training. When we made our reservations to go camping this past weekend, we specified a site that was "as close to the bath house as possible".

What we do for our young kids (and my wife), is I spared no expense ($10) and got the LuggableLoo from Cabela's here.
Then we just pull it out (kept close inside the door while travelling) and placed between the camper and TV when on the road. We have a privacy curtain for when camping not near a bathroom.
Just bag it up, tie it off and properly dispose. I do use the same black water sanitation packets to control odor.

I have a cassette toilet in the PUP for nighttime number 1's but I use this same luggable loo and a cheap Walmart shower tent for everything else.
I do wish I got the Shower tent at Cabelas though. The 4 1/2 ft x 4 1/2 ft is nice and cozy...
