The Trail Lite in signature does NOT leak. We previously had an old PUP that did not leak and a newly purchased 2003 Jayco that DID LEAK and delaminated. NEw roof installed by Jayco factory and leaks became worse. Thank heavens it was under warranty. I think it went to TT graveyard. A real lemon!!

Badly leaking window June 2008. Window seal was about 50% loose. It was covered under warranty.
I had a leak over the winter. I swear I didn't leave the bedroom roof vent open, yet it was open maybe an inch and there was snow on the bed. I just made sure the vent was secure.
Now I have a leaky sink. I opened the drawer underneath and there were droplets on the kitchen utensils.
Bathtub leaked into the living room floor. Original dealer hadn't caulked around the tub surround.
I know I didn't pay $75K for an Airstream, but sheesh, I also have a list of non-leak stuff.

I had a leak in the back and on the front.. went over all the seams with dicor. seems to have fixed the problem.. they were small leaks..
Last winter I had water in the underbelly... It rain and then froze a solid sheet of thick ice over the whole trailer.. then it started to rain again and some thawaled. It did not help that we had a 50mph wind blowing the whole time..
seems good right now I am going over everything top to bottom.. might even reseat a couple windows..

We must have got a good one. Our Forest River 2004 Wildcat has never had a roof, slide or window leak. We have been in some really serious storms, too. We have only had two small weeping leaks on water line fittings which were discovered on rig up and easily remedied. I generally as a rule check under the sinks and open the panel over the water filter and pump to check for leaks when I hook up the system.

Found the leak. See previous post. Water came out side the tub enclosure where the glass meets the fiberglass along the bottom. The tub enclosure trim on one corner was not trimmed correctly. Hope the silicone I used to fill the gap works.

Black Pearl, what are you going to do about your door? We have the same problem. DH worked on it last night, but it's not much better.
My primary door seals well, but the screen door is off by 3/4 of an inch away from the foam seal near the door opening. I had used raid on the door (allot) at a camp site and checked it in the morning. It is amazing just how many bugs are around the door. I then removed the seal that was not touching the screen door and used a thicker seal for the screen door to compensate for the deviance in order to seal the screen door. The seal I bought was not the best (door pops open once in a while) but it was all I could find in the town we where in. The next night there was no bugs in the trailer. I am going to look for a thicker more sponge like seal to replace the make do stuff. Hope that helps...

I fixed a leak in our front seam where the rubber roof meets the front cap this spring. Had to reseal the seam with dicor.
Leaks are quite common on RVs I am afraid.
