Down here, in the summer, we work on roofs for only 5 hours (starting very early, first light). Then, we break for a cold beer and lunch (authentic home-cooked Mexican food, not the stuff they sell to tourists). Then, it's siesta time. The culture is well-rooted in this region, it's kinda like little Mexico,.....kinda....
